A Home Depot employee is under arrest after being charged with stealing from his employer.

Genesee County Sheriff's deputies charged 42-year old Joseph Wind of Stafford with a
count of Grand Larceny.

Deputies say Wind stole more than $2,200 from the Batavia Home Depot during the last month.

Wind was issued a ticket to appear in town court on September 27.
