Java Man Sentenced for Attempted Rape
A Wyoming County man was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the attempted rape of a seven year old child in 2011.
Keith Flagg, of Java, was arrested back in January. Sheriff's deputies say he attempted to have sexual intercourse with a seven year old girl.
Flagg pleaded guilty to Attempted Rape.
He also received 10 years post release supervision and ordered to stay away from the victim for 28 years.
