Henrietta Man Sentenced on Child Sex Abuse Conviction
A Henrietta man will spend the next 15 years in state prison.
Justin Leno was sentenced Monday as part of a plea deal in which he admitted to sexually abusing a young child. Back in May, Leno pleaded guilty to one count of first degree criminal sex act.
Police say Leno abused the child in a Henrietta home between 2007 and 2008. The child's mother later found photos of the acts.
As part of the plea, Leno waived his right to an appeal.
