Albion Man Charged With Rape of Teen Girl
State Police have arrested an Orleans County man they say raped a 14-year old girl. Troopers say the case involves multiple incidents in two different counties.
Scott Stanley, 33, of Albion is charged with several counts of rape and criminal sexual act.
Court papers say Stanley had sexual contact with the teen in the town of Pembroke in Genesee County and also in the village of Albion in Orleans County.
Troopers say Stanley has been listed on the New York sex offender registry since 2005.
He is currently being held in the Genesee County Jail.
