Man Charged for Driving Drunk with Child
A Wyoming County man is facing charges for driving drunk with a child in the car.
Attica Police say 46-year-old Zachary Pope was arrested Wednesday night and charged with felony driving while intoxicated, for having a child in the car and driving while ability impaired by drugs among other charges.
Pope was sent to the Wyoming County Jail on $5,000 bail.
