Teen Pleads Not Guilty in Pickup Truck Death
A Bristol teenager pleaded not guilty Thursday in Ontario County Court. He's charged in connection with the death of 19-year-old Dyllon Brewster of East Bloomfield.

Brewster died back in May when he fell off of a pickup truck while riding on the truck's hood.

It happened at the Wishing Well Mobile Home Park off of Route 444. Police say 17-year-old Jeremiah Acquilano was driving that truck.

Prosecutors say Acquilano was speeding with Brewster on the hood. Brewster ended up falling from the vehicle and striking his head in the pavement. He later died.

Acquilano is charged with criminally negligent homicide. He remains free and is due back in court on December 5th.
