Judge Rules in Favor of Golisano
Paychex founder Tom Golisano will get a refund of about $150,000 for property taxes paid over four years on an Ontario County home.
On Friday, Ontario County Court Judge Frederick Reed ruled in Golisano's favor after a two-day hearing.
The value of the home had been in decline. Golisano says the home cost $5 million to build. He sold the home in February for $1.3 million.
