Schumer Secures Loan for College Town Project
Senator Charles Schumer announced yesterday that he's secured a $20 million federal loan for Rochester's College Town project at the corner of Mount Hope and Elmwood Avenue.
Schumer says the loan will allow for the project to get underway in November.
The project is expected to create over 900 construction jobs and 582 permanent jobs.
