Two Arrested for Growing Marijuana with Child
Two Naples residents are facing multiple charges after police discovered they were growing marijuana in their home in the presence of a toddler.
Ontario County sheriffs were called to 7279 Gulick Road in the town of Naples for a report of family trouble.
When they got there they discovered multiple marijuana plants and a 4-year-old residing in the same home.
Ontario County Sheriff's arrested 22-year-old Tessa Smith and 24-year-old Shane Hartman for endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully growing cannabis.
Both parties are due to appear in Naples Town Court at a later date.
