Indictment in Shooting Death of Teen
A Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted a Rochester man on second-degree murder charges.
Chauncy Stewart, 20, is charged in connection with the murder of 16-year-old Raven Cooper.
Police say Cooper was shot following an argument on July 1st outside a home on Bay Street. When officers got there, they say Cooper was already on his way to the hospital in a car. He was taken to Rochester General Hospital where he later died.
