Local Judge Appointed to Appellate Court
State Supreme Court Justice Joseph Valentino will have a new role.
Governor Cuomo has appointed him to a vacancy in the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Fourth Judicial Department.
Valentino was elected to the Supreme Court in 2001. Prior to that, he served as a Rochester City Court judge.
