The East Irondequoit Central School District says it's considering taking legal action against the Medley Centre.

A district spokesman says board members discussed the option at Monday night's
board meeting.

At issue is a PILOT agreement, which gives the owner of the center additional tax breaks.
The spokesman says if the decision isn't reversed, the district could take legal action.
