Police say three generations of a family are charged with growing marijuana in Wayne County. The operation was discovered back in mid-August, and arrests were announced Wednesday.
The Wayne County Narcotics Enforcement Team say they found more than a hundred marijuana plants at a property on Plank Road in Walworth.
The owner of the property, 75-year-old Phyllis Loquasto; her son, 55-year-old Albert Loquasto, and her grandson, 27-year-old Anthony Loquasto, were all charged with criminal possession of marijuana and unlawfully growing cannabis.
Albert and Anthony were sent to the county jail. Phyllis was released on her own recognizance.
