Man Pleads Guilty to Food Stamp Fraud
A Rochester man pleaded guilty to food stamp fraud while working at Mo Better Mini Mart on Jefferson Road.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says Saleh Baabad, 37, transferred food stamp benefits for less than their full value in exchange for cash between January and May of 2009.
The charge carries a maximum penalty of five-years in prison a $250,000 fine or both.
