Police Investigate Metal Theft
Rochester Police are investigating after the brass corners of the railings outside the Monroe County Office building were stolen yesterday.
This is the second time in two years this has happened. Officials tell us the ornate brass corners of the long railing are missing. and the theft has left the remaining railings damaged.
Officials also say more than a hundred catch basin covers and six man hole covers have been stolen in the city.
