A Wayne County man is facing multiple charges after an argument early Saturday morning.
State Police tell us Philip Thomas, 29, of Lyons, is facing Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Assault and Menacing charges.
Police say he was found with a loaded shotgun during the fight. Thomas has once before been convicted with a felony.
He was arraigned and is currently being held in the Wayne County Jail.
