RIT Hosts Graduate Study Open House
Rochester Institute of Technology held an open house today for those interested in the school's graduate study programs.
The open house provided prospective students with information on RIT's graduate study programs including Business, Fine Arts, Sustainability, and Computer Science.
Members from the graduate enrollment services office were on hand to explain the application process and discuss financial aid and scholarship options that are available to its students. The attendees were also given a tour of the campus and the opportunity to meet individually with faculty members in their area of interest.
"They were surprised at how open the faculty were to talk with them about their areas of interest in the program that they wanted," said Diane Ellison, Graduate Enrollment Services. "So we really like to start early with this process so that students can ask questions and really make connections that help them make good decisions."
The college has 75 different graduate programs that includes a large number of international students.
