Taylor Carbonaro was indicted on one count of Manslaughter in the Second Degree, Vehicular Manslaughter in the Second Degree, DWI and Reckless Driving.

Sheriff's deputies said Carbonaro was speeding and drunk when he crashed his car on Route 19 in February. Investigators said both Carbonaro and his passenger Mallory Hale were ejected from the vehicle. Hale died at the scene. Carbonaro was treated for a leg injury.
