Two Men Indicted on Murder Charges
A Monroe County grand jury indicted two men in connection with the shooting death of a Rochester teenager.
Darius Bursey, 23, and Van Cotton, 22, were indicted on second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon charges in connection with the death of 18-year-old Lamar Shahid.
Police say Shahid was shot in a home on Columbia Avenue in January following a fight.
If convicted, Bursey and Cotton each face 25 years to life in prison.
