Man Arrested for Sexual Acts With Children
State police arrested a Wolcott man accused of engaging in sexual acts with children.
Police say 44-year-old Joseph Maxey is charged with Predatory Sexual Assault against a Child and rape.
Maxey is accused of having sex with girls between 12 and 14 years old. Police say Maxey started these acts back in 2007.
He was arraigned in Galen Town Court and is being held at the Wayne County Jail without bail.
