Woman Charged With Arson for Fire at Cadillac Hotel
Fire investigators in Rochester have charged a Rochester woman with intentionally setting a fire inside the Cadillac Hotel.
Kathleen Piccolo, 53, is charged with second degree arson.
Investigators say Piccolo set an incendiary fire on the second floor of the building Sunday night. No one was hurt.
Piccolo is being held at the Monroe County Jail, where she awaits arraignment.
