Medley Centre Owner Denied More Time
The County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency voted Tuesday to get rid of a deal allowing the current owner of the Medley Centre more time to prove he's made financial investments in the property.
The East Irondequoit School District confirmed the vote to throw out the deal which would have given Scott Congel two more years to put $90 Million toward redevelopment of the property.
The school district had threatened to sue COMIDA if it agreed to this changes to the original PILOT agreement.
