Man Indicted for Fatal Shooting
A Monroe County Grand Jury indicted a Rochester man in a fatal shooting last month.
21-year-old Domenick Lee Johnson is charged with Second Degree Murder, Robbery and Criminal possession of a weapon.
Prosecutors said Johnson shot and killed 18-year-old Malcolm McFarland during an attempted
robbery September 18th on Flower Street.
Johnson is in jail on $50,000 bail.
