Pittsford turned red Sunday showing their stance against drug use.
Red Ribbon week kicked off with the crimson colored sashes tied everywhere in the town, the village, and schools to promote a drug-free America.
The goal is to build a sense of community and take a stand against substance abuse.
Community members are encouraged to wear red ribbons this week to help promote the message.
The campaign is a nationwide effort that runs from October 23rd through the 31st.
