Investigation Leads to Drug Arrest
An investigation in Geneva, Ontario County led police to make an arrest for the sale of powdered cocaine.
Members of the Geneva Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit executed a narcotics search warrant at 494 Exchange Street in Geneva.
Police arrested Orlando Jose-Capo Alicea and charged him with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Alicea was currently on parole for sale of a controlled substance from a 2008 arrest.
Police also confiscated more than $3,000 worth of cocaine, $2,500 in cash and a car.
Additional charges against Alicea are pending.
