Guilty Verdict in 2008 Murder Trial
There was a guilty verdict in the case of a Rochester man charged with a 2008 murder.
A Monroe County jury found Preston Carter guilty of second degree murder in the death of 40-year-old Joel Greenberg.
Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies say Greenberg's body was found in a room at the Extended StayAmerica Hotel in November 2008. The Medical Examiner's Office determined Greenberg died from upper body trauma.
Carter faces up to 25 years to life in prison when sentenced.
