Man Arrested for Sexual Contact with Minor
A Seneca County man is facing charges for allegedly having sexual contact with an underage girl.
Seneca Falls police say 28-year-old Gerald Frederick III is charged with Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Police say he had sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl in Seneca Falls on three different occasions.
He was remanded to the county jail on $2,500 cash bail.
