Voting Machine Breaks Down in Palmyra
After a problem with a voting machine in Palmyra, the Wayne County Board of elections has released the winners in two races in the village.
Republican Christopher Piccola won the village mayor race and Patrick Nolan and Richard Perry Jr. are the two trustees.
Election officials ordered an audit of the voting machine because a "ballot marking device" broke down.
