Genesee County Man Charged With Sex Abuse Turns Himself In
GENESEE COUNTY, N.Y. — A man was charged with first degree sex abuse after he turned himself in Friday.
John W. Eastridge, 40, of Oakfield turned himself in Friday to the City of Batavia Police Department.
The charges stem from an investigation into a complaint alleging that Eastridge subjected a girl, under the age of eleven, to sexual contact in September of 2009.
Eastridge was released under supervision. His next court appearance is November 15.
