Sheriff's deputies say they pulled over 27-year-old Kevin Bacon II Friday night for driving without headlights or taillights in the City of Batavia.

Deputies say there was an active warrant out for his arrest for the charge of sexual assault of a child under the age of 14.

Bacon was arrested and charged with fugitive from justice and driving without headlights and taillights.

He was sent to jail without bail.
