Yates County Woman Charged with Rape
Yates County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 24-year-old woman and charged her with rape, criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child.
Deputies say Amanda Comfort of Dundee engaged in sexual contact with a person under the age of 17.
Comfort was arraigned in Benton Town Court and is currently being held in the Yates County Jail.
