Man Who Threw Deadly Punch After Softball Game Arrested Again
The man convicted of killing a Hamlin man after a fight at a softball game in 2008 is back in jail.

Sean Sanders was convicted of criminally negligent homicide for punching Dan Andrews in the back of the head. Andrews later died.

The New York State Division of Parole says Sanders was arrested November 8th in Gates after a routine parole check turned up a small amount of cocaine.

Sanders is scheduled for a parole hearing at the end of the month.

He's being held in the Monroe County Jail.
