Local Bar Donates to Sandy Relief

Almost a month after Hurricane Sandy hit the East Coast, one Rochester bar encouraged people to make donations to the Red Cross.
Bachelor Forum welcomed guests Friday Night to donate to the Red Cross Disaster Relief.
The bar kicked off the event by donating $500 to Sandy efforts. Participants had the chance to win prizes and gift cards and all profits from shots poured will go directly to the cause.
"I felt like something needed to be done to try to raise money locally in Rochester," said Luis Nunez. "We kind of skipped the brunt of it, so they got hit the hardest, so try not help out."
