Driver Charged in Crash That Injured Several Teenagers
Ontario County Sheriff's deputies have charged the driver of the truck that crashed last week in Bloomfield, injuring all seven teenagers onboard.
Deputies say 19-year old Alexander Brown is charged with assault in the second degree.
Investigators say Brown drove the truck in a reckless manner on Pond Road last Tuesday, resulting in the roll over crash that threw several of the victims from the wreck.
Two of the victims remain hospitalized. Brown was arraigned and remanded to the county jail where has since posted bail.
He will be back in East Bloomfield Town Court at a later date.
