Man Sentenced for Sex Crimes Against Children
A Rochester man could spend the next 13 years behind bars for having sexual contact with a child under the age of 13.
Felix Alvelo, 38, pleaded guilty last month to one count of first degree criminal sexual act, a felony.
Police say he had sexual contact with the child when he was employed at an in-home daycare in 2006 and 2007.
Alvelo's 13-year state prison sentences included 15 years of post release supervision.
