The Livingston County Sheriff's Department reports 33-year-old Shantel Nilsson and 42-year-old Manual Gonzalez, both of of Livonia, stole a shopping cart full of various items at the Geneseo Walmart, loaded their car and left.

As deputies signaled for them to pull over the two switched drivers, with Gonzalez moving to the passenger’s seat.

Once stopped, deputies found the stolen items, a hypodermic needle with traces of heroin and cocaine. They also found out Gonzalez had a revoked license that was suspended 19 times.

Nilsson and Gonzalez are now at the Livingston County Jail until their next court date.
