A Seneca County man is facing charges after police say he had sexual contact with a child.
Troopers arrested 49-year-old Ronald Spoor of Waterloo Friday.
He was charged with Criminal Sexual Act.
State police say Spoor had sexual contact with a child under eleven years old.
He was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court and sent to the county jail on $10,000 cash bail.
