Sheriff's deputies arrested 47-year-old Russell Bly, of Warsaw, for failure to pay a fine.

While they were at his home, they saw an inappropriate picture of a child on his computer. Deputies got a search warrant and found 45 child porn images on his computer.

Bly is charged with felonies possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child and possession of a sexual performance by a child.

He was sent to the Wyoming County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
