Michael Chess is charged with two counts of rape, robbery, menacing, and petit larceny.

The charges stem from an incident in October where he allegedly threatened a
woman at gunpoint and forced her to have sex with him.

Chess was originally charged in October 2011 with robbery and three counts of rape in Irondequoit. When he was out on bail, he allegedly committed the latest crimes.

Chess is being held in the Monroe County jail.
