Man Pleads Guilty to Spitting on Mall Bell Ringer
An Ontario County man who police say spit on a Salvation Army bellringer is expected to spend a year in county jail.
Bruce Littlejohn, 57, of Victor pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct on Thursday.
Police say Littlejohn was drunk and belligerent when he spit on the bellringer at Eastview Mall last month.
Deputies said he also resisted arrest.
