Police Investigate Shooting
A Rochester man remains in guarded condition after he was shot Thursday night.
Rochester police responded to Albert Street just after 8 p.m. When they arrived they found
William James III, 22, with gunshot wounds to his torso.
Police say a suspect fled the scene before police arrived.
Police have not made any arrests.
