RPD Officers Promoted in Ceremony
Several officers of the Rochester Police Department are moving up the chain of command.
The Dryden Theatre at the George Eastman House played host to the promotions ceremony Tuesday afternoon.
Ten in all were promoted, including eight new sergeants, a new lieutenant and a new commander.
