Merritt Rahn Released From Prison
Former Greece Police Chief Merritt Rahn was released from prison Wednesday morning. He's been serving time at the Hudson Correctional Facility.
In July 2010, he was sentenced to up to five years in prison for falsifying a background check for former officer Gary Pignato, and trying to cover up the DWI hit and run crash involving former Sergent Nick Joseph.
Rahn only served 28 months of his five year sentence.
He will be under community supervision until July of 2015.
