Funeral arrangements set for fallen firefighters
Funeral arrangements have been set for Mike Chiapperini and Tomasz Kaczowka.
Calling hours for both firefighters will be held at Webster Schroeder High School from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday and from noon to 3 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday.
The funeral service for Chiapperini will be held at the high school at noon Sunday. He will be buried, with honors, in West Webster Cemetery.
The funeral mass for Kaczowka will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Stanislaus Church in Rochester.
Due to services for the West Webster Firefighters being hosted at Schroeder High School, the WEBSTER AQUATIC CENTER (WAC) will be closed Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, December 27, 28 and 29.
The ICEBERG ADVENTURE on Thursday, December 27 at the WAC has also been cancelled.
In addition, the Boys Junior Varsity and Varsity Basketball games between Schroeder and Thomas at Schroeder High School Thursday night have both been postponed.
