Man Accused of Starting Two Separate Fires At His Apartment
Rochester's Arson Task Force arrested a man they say started two separate fires at his apartment.

Phillip Allen, 32, is facing two counts of second degree arson.

He allegedly attempted to set fire to his apartment on North Clinton Avenue on Christmas Day. Fire crews were able to quickly control the blaze.

Allen was taken into custody by Rochester Police.

It was later determined he had also attempted to set fire to his apartment back in December of 2011.

Allen is currently being held at the Monroe County Jail awaiting arraignment.
