Arrest in murder of Wyoming County soldier in Texas
Police have made an arrest Tuesday in the case of a local soldier who was murdered in Texas.
Seventeen-year-old Terry Grant Scott of Killeen has been charged with murder in the shooting of 25-year-old Austin James Sampson.
Sampson was a decorated soldier from the Wyoming County town of Bliss, and was serving at Fort Hood in Texas.
Police are continuing to investigate Sampson's death, and said they will provide more information when it becomes available.
