Rochester Man Pleads Guilty to Possessing Child Porn
A Rochester man pleaded guilty in court Monday to possession of child pornography.
Officials searched 33-year-old Douglas Tatner's house after a witness reportedly saw child pornography on his computer.
Tatner is facing a maximum 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Sentencing is scheduled for May 6th.
