Driver in Deadly Hamlin Crash Charged With DWI
Charges are being filed in connection with a deadly crash in Hamlin last October. An unsealed indictment charges Robert Maskowski with DWI.
The crash happened on Route 260. Police say Maskowski was drunk when he pulled his truck into the path of a car.
Luis Alayon, 25, was a passenger in that vehicle. He was ejected and died in the crash.
