Man Admits to Hanging One of His Dogs
A Rochester man admitted in court Friday to hanging one his dogs. He said he also tried to kill two of his dogs after an argument with his mother.
Kelvin Presha, 40, pleaded guilty in State Supreme Court to aggravated animal cruelty and attempted aggravated cruelty to an animal.
The judge said Presha was eligible for drug treatment and had to enter a treatment program and that if he fails in treatment, he will face a year in jail.
