Man Arrested for Greece Robbery
Police arrested a Greece man Saturday and charged him with robbery, assault and grand larceny.
On Friday around 10 a.m., Police say Nicholas Maggi, 28, approached an elderly man who was leaving the Key Bank on Dewey Avenue and stole his money.
The man's hands were injured in the struggle.
Police found and arrested Maggi on Ridge Road West.
He is awaiting arraignment in the Greece Town Court.
